Friday Oracle Readings: "Success Spread" for HDA.
HDA wanted to know about their career (they've got a new project coming up, too) and money prospects. So, I used the "Success Spread" by Tarot Reading Psychic.
Note: I'm aware that I flip back-and-forth between third-person and second-person perspective. And, I am aware that there may be grammatical and/or spelling errors. I do the best I can. I promise.

Position One: Represents the central issue to HDA's question(s)/concern(s). (A.) Release Reversed.
Embrace the Spirit of Universal Consciousness. In the Seventh Chakra, the crown chakra, we reach the place of universal consciousness. I get the sense that your career and money-making prospects involve so many more people than just you. You're on the path to being a leader of collective efforts. You've got the type of leadership skills which bring people at ease, making them want to accomplish the intentions you set out-- and, not because they're blind followers. They do it because they know your leadership is based on bringing many others up to the next step of success-- not just yourself. You're a high vibration being. Your seventh chakra vibrates in such a way that you're very much connected to your own humanity. Remember that the central issue around your career success is that YOU are the architect of your castle. Remember to take personal responsibility and release blame. That's what leaders do. Any debris that's been around ought to be swept away in order for you to move forward. Release any insecurities, mind viruses, etc. Also, offer apologies to those with whom you've had tension. You don't have to cultivate friendship with them. Just mutual respect and professionalism. Others will see you in a new light. They'll see you for the leader you truly are.

Work needs to be done related to the Third Chakra (the solar plexus chakra). Explore your thought processes. Have confidence in your intellectual ability. Don't allow anybody to taint your belief in yourself. However, investigate yourself. Do you have a logical or a scattered approach? If you feel a bit blocked in these abilities, look to the previous chakra (the second chakra)-- basically, observe your emotions. Have they overridden your good ideas to your own detriment? Don't worry, that's in the past. Don't beat yourself up about it. Now, marry your emotions with your intellect in order to propel yourself forward into a rich, satisfying future. Be honest in all of your dealings. No matter what. You're the light in your environment. The light helps others do right action and become better. Not by force, but by your example. And, be sure to be yourself. Don't pretend to be somebody you're not. This is where the strength of your leadership lies. Be sure to reward others (i.e. your team) when you are rewarded. The essence of inspiration is integrity. Can you be counted upon?

This card reversed indicates some blocks in the flow of your heart-center energy. Perhaps it's an old sense of abandonment or the grief of a broken heart lingering from a long-past event. Whether it's recent or not, this blocked energy stops you from caring for yourself and attracting love from others, and it can create an undercurrent of unhappiness that permeates your life. It's time to heal the old, stuck stuff and move on. Don't bypass the pain and pretend it doesn't exist. Instead, ventilate it in your journal and release it with an intention to be clear, happy, and self-loving. There's no honor in doing it all yourself when doing such will cause your mental and physical health to decline. Leave unhealthy, toxic relationships. Don't be so quick to take on new projects until you've done a bit of thoughtful research. It's okay to say no if you think it's the right answer for you (and your team). Also, be ambitious but don't "take it home with you." Basically, leave the stresses of work at work. Allow yourself a healthy divide between work life and social/family life.
